Greetings from the North!

August 1st, 2022

We’re so excited…

Greetings from the North!

These giant smiles mean that we're eagerly awaiting the arrival of the WAC team — folks across the entire company, including data analysts, marketers, human resources executives, supply chain and operations teams, product managers and software engineers, content and recipe creatives, and of course the beloved member experience team who keep us connected to you. Everyone is traveling from far and near to join us next week on the sunny shores of Kachemak Bay in Homer, Alaska, otherwise known as the cosmic hamlet by the sea, halibut fishing capital of the world, and my husband Arron (WAC founder and CEO)’s hometown.

As the team continues to grow, it’s crucial to us that the team maintains an authentic connection to the mystical cycles of Alaska, and to create shared experiences — one of our company’s core values — on this special, sacred land.

We’ll check back in later this month, after the WAC team has a chance to fully immerse themselves in everything we value and love about home, sweet Homer.

Live Wild,

Monica

P.S. We won’t be providing phone support while we are away, but we will be responding to emails and chats — though our response times will be longer than usual. The best way to get in touch with us next week is to visit our Contact Page. In the meantime, our member experience team is available at your convenience through this Sunday in our normal working hours for any help you need with your membership. We thank you all in advance for your patience. 🙏
